The G36 is an assault rifle, featured in IGI 2: Covert Strike.

Due to its excellent accuracy, G36 can be used at long ranges. It also has different fire modes i.e. it can fire in auto / semi-auto and burst modes, making it only rifle to do so. It is only found in three missions, and is usually given at the beginning of a mission. However, the missions in which it is given require stealth as a vital element, so it is not suitable for them.
The G36 also has a scope, but it cannot be used.
